Can I use my Emerge Card at ATMs?

Yes, your Emerge Card can be used at ATMs everywhere Visa Card®/MasterCard® Credit cards are welcome as long as you have your card, your personal identification number (PIN), and an open account with available credit.

Are there other fees associated with this account?

Certain accounts may have an annual fee, an account opening fee and/or an account maintenance fee depending upon the particular offer you can find.  

Why do you need my Social Security number?

Your Social Security number is required in order to, among other things, verify your identity and to make sure that we have the correct information from the credit reporting agencies.  

Can I get a card for another family member(s)?

Yes, once you receive your new Emerge Card, simply call the customer service number printed on the back of the card to request an additional card for an authorized user.  

Can I send you a letter?

Yes, please direct any correspondence to Emerge Card Services, P.O. Box 105555, Atlanta GA 30348-5555.

Can I make a payment with my debit or credit card ? Top
We do not accept payments on this account by another credit or debit card. We offer many different methods for you to make your payment. You can make a payment by phone, mail, online, or through Western Union or MoneyGram. You can also go to your financial institution and make a payment on your Emerge® credit card. We also offer an Automatic Payment Plan, which comes directly out of your checking account.
